 The Amateur Radio Public Service Corps (ARPSC) of Wayne County consists of volunteer amateur radio operators who have registered themselves as ARES and/or RACES volunteers and passed FEMA requirments. These volunteers are those who desire to help their community during times of crisis.
Wayne County's ARPSC is actively involved in supporting Detroit Metro Airport, Fermi 2, and any other activations we are asked to support the County. We are considered primary communications in Wayne County's Standard Operating Guidelines.
If you are a licensed Amateur Radio Operator and want to help your community, consider joining Wayne County Amateur Radio Public Service Corp.
